1. LAUGHING: Should be obvious why, who doesn’t love to laugh?
2. LOLLIPOPS: They remind me of being a kid and going to the bank. Plus, they’re a nice alternative to gum that keeps me from biting my nails.
4. LIP BALM: I could not survive the cold months without it.
5. LONG ISLAND ICED TEA: I was just going to say ‘liquor’, but that’s too easy. I can only have them every once in a while or apparently bad things happen.
6. LISA LOEB: Yes! I get a lot of Lisa Loeb comparisons because of the glasses, and say what you will, but she rocks.
7. LEMONADE: Especially the pink kind. So summer-y.
8. LISTS: I love to make lists… like this one. To-do lists with stuff to cross off are the best.
9. LEAVES: As in gorgeous autumn ones that are just starting to fall.
10. LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE: I liked that movie.
It was actually harder to come up with things I like that start with an L than I thought it would be. All I could think of were things I hate, like ‘Lawrence Welk’ and ‘Larry the Cable Guy’. Yeah, I know, eww.

So, do you prefer Blow Pops, Tootsie Pops, or lollipops without stuff in the middle? [I'm all about orange Tootsie Pops, though I'll never say no to a green apple Blow Pop.]

Amy– I actually had Dum Dums in mind when I wrote that, but I prefer Tootsie Pops. Blow Pops hurt my teeth. My absolute favorite though are those Carmel Apples ones. SO GOOD. Your letter is S.

I’m all about lists and memes too! As much as it drives me crazy when other people insist on making lists, I would lose my mind without them!

I like Long Island Iced Tea too, but there’s so much bloody alcohol in those things that I end up getting buzzed twice as fast as I do with other drinks.

We’re on the same page on lemonade & lip balm. I think Bonnie Bell has put the two together at some point.

I am all about lip balm all year round, but especially in winter. The only one that really works for me is Carmex, but I also have some that’s flavored like Reese’s Pieces and some that tastes like vanilla and has caffeine in it.

Cindy– I’m not a big fan of the taste of Carmex, but it definitely does the job. I typically use Burt’s Bees… I found a couple tubes of pomegranate flavored Burt’s Bees that I forgot about. And your letter is J.
